Methods of payment
TOP GRES SRL accepts payments made by the following methods :
- Payment by PayPal Account
The payment procedure is done on secure servers and encrypted belongs to PayPal , which provides the processing of data without any intervention TOP GRES SRL or any third party
- Wire Transfer Policy
After receiving the order , the staff of TOP GRES SRL will contact the customer by e-mail to provide data for the header of the transfer.
Once made the bank transfer you have to send the proof of payment indicating the number of CROs by e-mail ( shop@topgres.it ) not later than 3 (three) working days from the order date. The shipment of the goods will takes place only when the due amount is actually credited in the current account of TOP GRES SRL, within 7 ( seven) working days from the date of acceptance of the contract. If these deadlines are exceeded, the order will be canceled.
The purpose of the bank will have to specify the order number and the name and surname of the person who made the order.

Confirmation of receipt of order
In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code , the Customer shall, at the time of execution of the contract, by email, the confirmation of receipt of the order placed by the Customer.
